Expert servicing, diagnostics and repairs for every Land Rover model — Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, Freelander, Velar, Evoque. Dealer-level expertise. Personal service.
We live and breathe Land Rover. Twenty years on the tools, the same hands every visit, and a workshop that takes nothing else through the door.
Other workshops in NW Sydney send us their hard Land Rover jobs. The dealer parts-cannons. We don't. We diagnose first, quote second, and fix what's actually wrong — the first time.
Stamped, on time, by the book. Keeps the warranty intact.

Most Land Rover faults have a pattern. Air suspension that won't lift. ZF transmissions that shudder. DPFs the dealer wants to replace. After two decades, we know the patterns. Most of what we see, we've fixed before.
That's why other workshops in NW Sydney send their hard Land Rover jobs here. The dealer parts-cannons. We don't. We diagnose first, quote second, and fix what's actually wrong — the first time.
We turn away other brands. Every car in the bay is a Land Rover. That focus is why we're faster, cheaper, and right the first time.
We've been fixing Land Rovers since the L322 was new. Whatever's wrong with yours, we've seen it before.
No parts cannon. We tell you what the actual problem is, then we tell you what fixing it costs.
The owner is on the tools. The mechanic you talk to is the mechanic doing the job.
Phone straight to the workshop. Or fill the form — same-day call back. Tell us your model, year, and what it's doing.
We test before we touch. You get a real fault report and a real number. No parts cannon.
The owner does the work. We finish on the day we said. You drive away and you don't bring it back for the same problem.

Yes — please book ahead. Saturdays especially. Call or fill the form and we'll find you a slot.
No. Land Rovers only — Range Rover, Defender, Discovery, Freelander, Velar, Evoque. That focus is why we're better at this one.
No. Logbook services done to OEM spec by a qualified mechanic are consistent with manufacturer warranty. We provide a full work record.
No. Workshop only. We need lift access for almost every job and our diagnostic kit is on the bench.
Your service book if you have it, and a spare key. That's it.
Most logbook services and diagnostics are same-day. Transmission rebuilds take a week. We tell you a real number on day one and we stick to it.
Land Rover owners across NW Sydney trust us with cars the dealer wanted to send to the wreckers. Here's what a few of them had to say — unedited.
My L405 went into limp mode on the M4. Land Rover dealer said the transmission was "internally damaged" and wanted to drop in a new ZF. Took it to Michael for a second opinion. He scoped it, found a failed mechatronic solenoid, replaced it, did the fluid and adaptation reset. Drove home the same day. That was 18 months ago — still shifting clean.
I've owned three Land Rovers over twelve years and been through five "specialists." Michael is the only one who picks up a Land Rover and instantly knows what's wrong with it. Diagnosed an air-spring leak in five minutes that two other shops missed. He explains everything, shows you the old part, and doesn't pad the bill.
My Discovery 4 had been in limp mode on and off for six months. Two shops replaced the DPF — didn't fix it. Michael did a smoke test, found a tiny exhaust manifold crack upstream, welded it and cleaned the DPF properly. $900 instead of another $4,500 in parts. Hasn't thrown a code since.
Booked online Sunday night, in the workshop Tuesday morning, out by Wednesday afternoon. Rocker cover gaskets and a coolant flush on the SDV6. Quoted me before the job, charged me what he quoted. Even called me to show me the old gasket and explain why it failed. First time I've trusted a mechanic in years.
I live in Manly. Michael's in West Ryde. Forty-five minutes each way and I'd do it again every time. I had a Defender 110 with an electrical fault no one could trace. Two days at Michael's and it was sorted. He scopes the wiring instead of guess-replacing modules — that alone has saved me thousands over the years.
Coolant in the oil. Dealer quoted $18k for an engine replacement. I was ready to scrap it. A mate told me to ring Michael first. Turned out to be a cracked oil cooler, not a head gasket. He pressure-tested everything before condemning anything. Got my car back for less than a tenth of what the dealer wanted. Still running strong two years later.
